  • Within the jurisdiction of high criminal penalty crimes: 2 years + 3 years extension

Judicial Control Priority

CMK article 109 regulates that judicial control measures should be used instead of arrest. Measures such as travel bans, signatures, house arrest, electronic handcuffs should be preferred.
