Results
- Child takes the surname of the adopter
- Heir
- Custody belongs to the adopter
- The bond with the biological parents is severed (general)
Supreme Court 2. HD
2. HD accepts that in single adoption, a decision will be made "when it is certain that it is in the best interest of the child" and that economic sufficiency is important.
