Tow Truck Contract
- Can be established verbally/in writing
- The tow truck transports the vehicle with duty of care
- If damage occurs, the tow truck is responsible

- Independent roadside assistance memberships
Damage During Tow Truck
- Record the damage with the tow truck
- Take a photo
- Written notification to the tow truck company (3 business days)
- Consumer arbitral tribunal / tribunal
Supreme Court 11. HD
11. HD accepts that the towing company is a professional carrier and is directly responsible for any damage during transportation. Even in the case of compelling reason, the burden of proof is on the carrier.

- City/intercity standard tariff
- Consumer arbitration committee against excessive fee demand
