The vehicle is towed by the police in case of KTK violation (forbidden parking, sidewalk, bus stop, etc.). Fees are requested when the vehicle is taken back.

- In front of fire hydrants
- Official vehicle parking
- Blocking traffic flow
Retrieval Process
- Towing a vehicle from e-Government inquiry
- Go to the authorized parking lot
- Traffic ticket + towing + parking fee is paid
- License, driver's license, insurance presentation
- Vehicle is received
Objection
- Penalty of the peace court within 15 days
- Towing fee - municipal/administrative court
- Document: no parking sign photo, alternative location witnesses
Supreme Court 19. CD
19. CD emphasizes that the towing process should be "proportionate" and that it is appropriate to try to warn the driver first when it is possible to reach him.
Parking Fees
- Increases daily (becomes more expensive as you wait)
- If it is not collected within 10 days, the sale process begins
- The vehicle that is not purchased within the time is sold by the state (KTK m.79)
