Rejection Types
- Slight defect: Provided that it is repaired within 1 month passes

Supreme Court/Council of State Approach
The Council of State adopts that TÜVTÜRK decisions should be based on "objective technical criteria" and that subjective evaluations are grounds for cancellation.
