TCK Article 102: The crime of sexual assault is among the crimes against the physical integrity and sexual freedom of the victim.
Penalties
- Simple sexual assault: 5-10 years in prison
- Insertion of an organ into the body: 12-20 years
- Between spouses: same penalty
- Against children (Art.103): additional aggravation

Supreme Court 14. CD
14. CD adopts that in sexual assault files, "victim's statement should be taken into account", but should be supported by concrete evidence/Forensic Medicine report.
