In the implementation of custody, failure to surrender the child, violation of the personal relationship decision with the child, etc. Child Surrender Centers (ÇTM) have been established for such cases.

Enforcement Way (EBL Article 25/A)

  • Customer takes the court decision to the enforcement office
  • The enforcement office issues a child surrender order
  • Forcible child surrender may be applied to the resisting party

Change of Custody

The party who does not surrender the child or constantly prevents the personal relationship may face the case of change of custody.
