Old type paper/cardboard driver's licenses must be replaced with new type card driver's license by the end of 2031.

Health Report
- Family doctor is sufficient (for class B)
- Full-equipped hospital report for professional drivers (E, D)
- Vision, hearing, neurological control
Status of Unrenewed Driving License
- Old driver's license after 2031 invalid
- In case of traffic control, it is considered driving without a license
- Administrative fine + vehicle impoundment
Overseas Validity
The new type of driver's license card is of international standard. It is valid on its own in most countries. Some countries require international driver's license (IDP) - obtained through TSK.
Class Change During Renewal
- It is possible to add a new class such as B → A2 (motorcycle)
