In Which Cases Does It Come Into Action?
- The vehicle has no traffic insurance / cancellation
- The driver ran away, the license plate was determined. could not be made
- Accident with stolen vehicle
- Insurer's bankruptcy
Application
- Traffic accident report
- Health report / death certificate
- Material damage documents
- Written application to the Assurance Account
- If rejected / insufficient first instance transaction court
Coverage Limit
The same limit is applied as the compulsory traffic insurance (updated annually).
Recourse
The Assurance Account recourses the amount paid to the defective person (enforcement proceedings).
