Cancellation of the holiday by the tour operator or provision of services contrary to the contract gives rise to compensation liability.

Compensation Items

  • Purpose of the holiday: rest/entertainment

13. HD accepts that "the agency's organizational responsibility" is heavy in package holidays and that the victim's right to material and moral compensation is reserved.
