Supreme Court 11. HD
11. HD accepts that the "dangerous activity" exception should be "reasonable and notified in advance", and that insurance protection continues for activities that the insured does not know/predict.
Practical Recommendations
- Notify the insurer in advance about the activity you will do
- It may be reasonable to pay additional premium
- Make special insurance before the event (tours)
