SEDDK determines a ceiling/floor at regular intervals. Insurers offer prices freely within this range.

Driving Without Insurance

11. HD accepts that the insurer is responsible "starting from the policy start time" and that the discussion on time in an accident that occurs during the day should be interpreted in favor of the insured.
