Conditions
- Above 18 years of age
- Not being married
- Transgender nature
- Permanent deprivation of reproductive ability (disputed)
Process
- Civil court of first instance case
- Medical committee report (university hospital)
- Psychiatric evaluation
- Judge's permission
- Gender reassignment surgery
- Re-trial + population registration

The Constitutional Court accepts that the "lack of reproductive ability" condition is disproportionate and constitutes interference with private life and should be abolished.

- The decision is notified to the civil registry office
- Gender and name are updated
- Renewal of all documents
