TBK Article 55 regulates the right to compensation of people who are deprived of his/her support as a result of the death of a person.

17. HD adopts that the spouse's share of deprivation of support should be considered as 50%, and each child's share should be evaluated as 15-20%, and that this can be adapted according to the characteristics of the case.
