The adoption of a Turkish child by a family abroad takes place within the framework of the 1993 Hague Convention and the TMK.

2. HD requests that "the best interest of the child" should be taken as a basis and cultural and language adaptation issues should be taken into account in the adoption of a Turkish child by a foreign family.
