Special Execution According to Crime Type
- Sexual crimes: conditional release is difficult
- Terrorism: 3/4
- Child abuse: special regime
- Deliberate murder: 1/2 but probation is limited
Constitution Court
The Constitutional Court accepts that the execution regime should be "compatible with human dignity" and should have the aim of "reintegration into society".
