TCK Article 265: A person who resists a public officer to prevent him from doing his duty is punished.
Penalties
- Simple resistance: 6 months - 3 years in prison
- With a gun: 1-3 years additional
- More than one person: increase
- If there is injury: additional penalty

8. CD accepts that "quality of duty" is important in the crime of resistance, and that resisting an officer who acts against the law can be considered legitimate defense.
