İYS (Message Management System)
- Mandatory after 2020
- All approvals/rejections are kept centrally on the IYS
- Consumer manages all advertising permissions from a single point

- Ministry of Commerce complaint
- Administrative fine (per message)
- KVKK violation (additional penalty)
- Right to consumer compensation
Exceptions (Without Approval)
- Current customer information (contract execution)
- Legal liability (bank, insurance information)

Marketing Rejection
- There must be a "rejection link" in every message
- Short code in SMS
- Can also be rejected via IYS
- Continuous communication is prohibited after rejection
KVKK Board Decision
KVKK Board imposes high penalties on companies that send unauthorized marketing messages. There are additional sanctions, especially in cases where "approval is not received through IYS".
