TMK Article 510-513: The heir may be deprived of the inheritance for certain reasons.
Reasons for Deprivation
- Serious crime against the testator (attempted murder, etc.)
- Grave violation of family obligations
- Preventing the testator from declaring his will
- No will. to/change
Form
- It is done by will
- Reason must be stated
- Official form is required
Objection
- The heir can file a lawsuit
- He can prove that the reason is unrealistic
- Civil court of first instance
The Destitute Heir's Share
- Distributed to other heirs
- The descendant of the deprived heir receives his own share

14. HD adopts that in deprivation of inheritance, "the reason must be proven with concrete evidence".
