Basic Penalties (Art. 188/1-3)
- Drug production, export, import: 15-30 years imprisonment
- Drug sale/transport/storage: 10-20 years imprisonment
- Purchasing/possession of drugs for use: 2-5 year (article 191)
Qualified Cases
- Heroin, cocaine, morphine, morphine base: Increased by 1/2
- Synthetic cannabinoids (bonzai, etc.): increase to the same extent
- With three or more people
- Within the framework of an organization to commit a crime

Effective Remorse (TCK Article 192)
Reporting the drug subject to the crime to the official authorities before it is sold to others provides penalty reduction.
