Official (TMK) m.532-534)
- In the presence of a notary or a judge of peace
- 2 witnesses
- Written
- The safest
Oral (TMK m.539-541)
- Extraordinary situation (danger of death, war, epidemic)
- In the presence of 2 witnesses
- Written within 1 month minutes
- Invalid when the conditions pass
Supreme Court 3rd HD and 14th HD
14th. HD accepts that the "formal conditions" of the will must be strictly adhered to, and in case of deficiency, an annulment decision will be made.
