- 15 days against the decision of the Supreme Court

Correction of the Decision
- Against the decision of the Supreme Court (for limited reasons)

Constitutional Court Individual Application
- 30 days after domestic remedies have been exhausted
- Alleged violation of fundamental rights
- Decision making: 1-3 years
ECtHR Application
- 4 months after domestic remedies + Constitutional Court have been exhausted
- Strasbourg
- Decision time: 3-7 year
Supreme Court CGK
CGK accepts that appeals and appeals are required by the "right to a fair trial" and that the deadlines must be strictly observed.
Criminal defense is a must.
