The Misdemeanor Law No. 5326 is the general law regulating the imposition and objection of administrative fines.

Objection Period and Authority

  • To the criminal judgeship of peace or administrative court within 15 days

The Supreme Court accepts that the person-place-date information in the misdemeanor reports should be included concrete, and that the incomplete minutes should be annulled.
