  3. Online application (e-PATENT)
  4. Form review (1 month)
  5. Publication
  6. 3. person objection period (2 months)
  7. Registration (usually 6-12 months)

Duration and Renewal

  • Registration period: 10 years
  • Renewal: 6 months before maturity
  • Expired trademark cancellation
