Adoption of a Turkish child by foreigners is regulated within the scope of 1993 Hague Child Protection Convention and TMK.
Conditions
- Adoptor must be over 30 years of age
- 18 years of age difference with the child
- 1 year care relationship with the child (temporary custody)
