TCK Article 148/1: "Any person who forces another person not to resist the delivery or receipt of a property, by threatening or using force, that he or she will attack his or her relative's life, body or sexual immunity, or cause great damage to their property, is punished with 6-10 years of imprisonment."

Difference from Theft
In theft, stealing is used, while in plunder, force/threat is used.

- With a Weapon
- Making the person unrecognizable. Arrival
- By more than one person
- By blocking the road
- Taking advantage of the victim's psychological and physical defenselessness
- At home or workplace
Punishments go up to 10-15 years of imprisonment in qualified cases.
