- IP address
- Access date and time
- Accessed URL
- Transmission protocol
- Port number
- Data amount
- User ID (if any)
BTK Notification
The hosting provider reports its activities by registering with BTK.
Sanctions
- Failure to store: Administrative fine from 30,000 TL to 100,000 TL
- Failure to register with BTK: the same scope
- Failure to respond to court/prosecutor's office request: additional penalty

4. HD accepts that the hosting provider's obligation to keep logs does not give rise to "content moderation responsibility", but obligation to remove after being informed is valid.
