Opposition Ways
- Suit in the cadastral court (within the suspension period)
- If the period is expired, action for title deed cancellation within 10-year statute of limitations
- Registration becomes absolute after 10 years

16. HD accepts that if there is no objection during the suspension period, the record holder will be considered the owner after 10 years with "extraordinary statute of limitations", but in case of mistake, fraud, fraud, an annulment lawsuit can be filed.
