Reasons for Eviction
- Commitment to evacuate (written)
- Rent debt (after 2 warnings)
- Purpose of re-rental (owner)
- Necessary eviction (for the owner/relative)
- Re-rental construction
- Substantial renovation
Need Evacuation
- Housing need for the owner or his/her relative
- Suit at the end of the contract
- 3-year sale/rent ban after eviction
- Violation: compensation
Evacuation Commitment
- Written condition
- Specific date
- Oral commitment is invalid

6. HD adopts that "real and sincere need" will be sought in evacuation of need, and compensation should be paid in case of fake need.
