Types of Injury of Will
- Mistake (art. 30-32): contract as a result of mistake
- Trick (art. 36): intentional deception
- Intimidation (art. 37-38): threat/pressure
Duration
- 1 year before learning or the effect is removed
- If the period is missed, the right is forfeited
Cancellation Consequences
- The contract is invalid from the beginning
- Mutual return
- Compensation (in case of bad faith)
