TBK art.262 + TKHK art.37: In installment sales, the consumer can make early payment and receive an interest discount.

Right to Early Payment

  • Whole debt or partial
  • Discount on remaining interest
  • Penalty limited (max 2%)

Process

  1. Early payment in writing to the seller request
  2. Calculation (remaining amount)
  3. Payment
  4. Closing letter

13. HD accepts that not applying an early payment discount will be considered "unfair practice".
