Registered Employment Incentives: Premium Discounts and State Supports

In order to encourage registered employment in Türkiye, employers are provided with SGK premium discounts and government supports.

Common Incentives

1. 5 Point Discount (5510/Annex-2)

SSI employer share discount applied to all employers.

2. Additional Discount of 6 Points

Additional discount in some regions (priority in development).

3. Youth and Women's Employment (4447/Temporary Article 10)

In the employment of young people between the ages of 18-29 or women over the age of 18, the SSI employer's share is covered entirely by the state.

4. Employment of Disabled People

An employer employing 50+ people has a 3% obligation to employ people with disabilities. Additional premium incentive for disabled people.

5. R&D Personnel

Premium and income tax incentives within the scope of R&D Law No. 5746.

6. Investment Incentive Certificate

Long-term premium incentives for employers who create employment in investments made in certain regions.

Application

  • Through the SSI e-Declaration system
  • Together with the Monthly APHB
  • Entering the relevant incentive codes correctly

Without meeting the conditions Benefiting from the incentive will result in refund + penalty.
