Symptoms of Mobbing
- Continuous humiliation
- Hiding job information
- Exclusion from work
- Excessive workload/not giving work

Continuity Condition
- One-time event insufficient
- Weekly for at least 6 months
- Systematic quality
Rights
- Termination for just cause (Labor Decree, Art. 24/II)

Supreme Court 9th HD and 22nd HD
9. HD adopts that mobbing should be "systematic and continuous" and that high moral compensation should be given to the victim.
