Right of Cancellation
- Indefinite-term: always, without justification, free of charge
- Definite-term: cancellation within the period is possible, but a withdrawal fee may be requested
Withdrawal Fee Limit
- Cannot exceed 30% of the contract price at once
- Must be proportional to the remaining period
- Excessive fee is unjust for reasons such as "device usage fee"
Cancellation Method
- Written notification (e-mail, petition, letter)
- Provider must process within 24 hours

13. HD accepts that the provider has the obligation to "immediately process" subscription cancellation requests, and that delaying or imposing conditions that make it difficult constitutes an unfair practice.
