Age Limits
- Under 15 years of age: employment prohibited (rule)
- Limited light work for 14 years old (without hindering education)
- 15-18 years old: limited hours in certain jobs

- Mining, construction
Working Hours
- 14-15 years old: 7 hours/day, 35 hours/week
- 15-18 years old: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
- During training 2 hour/day
Right to Education
- Compulsory basic education cannot be prevented
- The employer adjusts working hours in accordance with the education
- Training report is mandatory
Sanction
- Administrative fine
- Closure of the workplace (grave violation)
- Criminal liability
- Social responsibility to the family service interference

9. HD adopts that child labor rights must be "strictly protected" and that the employer will face heavy liability if education is prevented.
