Cancellation Compensation
- Up to 1500 km: 250 €
- 1500-3500 km: 400 €
- 3500+ km: 600 €
- No compensation if 2 weeks notice
Delay Compensation
- 2+ hours (short distance): meal + communication
- 3+ hours (short distance): right to compensation
- 5+ hours: ticket refund + compensation
Baggage Problems
- Late baggage: daily compensation
- Lost baggage: approximately 1,220 SDR (liability limit of the airline)
- Damaged baggage: value repair
