Return Process
- Consumer notice of withdrawal (e-mail, petition)
- Seller returns the full price within 14 days
- Consumer sends the goods back within 10 days

- Personalized products
- Hygienic products (headphones, swimsuits, cosmetics) opened)
- Digital content (software, music downloaded)
- Perishable food
- Goods sold through auction
- Periodicals
Shipping Fee
Unless otherwise stated, the consumer pays the return shipping fee. However, the seller may offer "free returns" in the contract.

13. HD accepts that the seller must return the entire price to the consumer who exercises his/her right of withdrawal within 14 days, and legal interest will be applied for each day that the seller does not return it.
