Right of Withdrawal

• 14 days from the date of the contract without justification

• Starts from the date of signature

Obligations of the Seller

• Written contract
• Building license, building occupancy permit documents
• Technical specifications clear
• Building inspection insurance condition
• Building completion insurance

Delivery Period

• Date specified in the contract
• If it expires, the consumer can withdraw from the contract
• Right to interest + compensation

Bank Guarantee

The contractor has to offer "bank guarantee" for the buyer's payment. If the contractor goes bankrupt, the bank pays.
