Rights of the Consumer
- Written information before the contract

Cancellation Scenarios
1. If Tour Operator Canceled
- Full price + additional compensation
- Alternative holiday offer
- Consumer right of acceptance/rejection
2. If the Consumer Cancels
- The withdrawal penalty in the contract is applied
- It increases as the date gets closer
- Refund in case of force majeure (illness, death)
3. If a Problem Occurred During the Holiday
- The hotel is out of contract
- Lack of service
- Change of location
- Price reduction + compensation
Supreme Court 13. HD
13. HD accepts that the consumer who is transferred to a "3 star" hotel instead of a "5 star" hotel during a package holiday can claim "proportional refund + moral compensation".
