Rights of the Consumer

  • Written information before the contract
  • Right to demand compliance with the terms of the contract

Cancellation Scenarios

1. If Tour Operator Canceled

  • Full price + additional compensation
  • Alternative holiday offer
  • Consumer right of acceptance/rejection

2. If the Consumer Cancels

  • The withdrawal penalty in the contract is applied
  • It increases as the date gets closer
  • Refund in case of force majeure (illness, death)

3. If a Problem Occurred During the Holiday

  • The hotel is out of contract
  • Lack of service
  • Change of location
  • Price reduction + compensation

13. HD accepts that the consumer who is transferred to a "3 star" hotel instead of a "5 star" hotel during a package holiday can claim "proportional refund + moral compensation".
