Disputes exceeding the authority limit of the arbitral tribunal are heard in consumer court.

Authority and Duty

  • As a consumer
  • Related to the purchase-sale/delivery of goods/services

13. HD accepts that the "principle of ex officio investigation" is valid in the consumer court and that the court may request additional evidence to protect the rights of the consumer.
