13. HD accepts that the agency's organization responsibility is heavy in the package holiday contract and that in case of changing the hotel, a reasonable proportional discount + non-pecuniary compensation must be given.
Pecuniary Compensation
The purpose of the holiday is "rest and entertainment". Failure of this purpose will cause moral damage.
