How Remote Representation Works
You do not need to travel to Türkiye for most of the process. Turkish court files are handled electronically through the national judiciary system (UYAP), and our workflow is built for remote clients:
- First contact. Reach us through the website form, phone, or the site assistant. A short description of your situation is enough to start.
- Preliminary consultation. A voice or video call is scheduled. The consultation fee and its terms are communicated clearly in advance.
- An honest roadmap. You receive a written assessment with realistic scenarios: available legal avenues, risks, and what is reasonable to expect. We never guarantee outcomes — no honest lawyer can — and we advise you to be cautious of anyone who does.
- Power of attorney and engagement agreement. We guide you through granting a power of attorney from abroad, typically via the nearest Turkish consulate or a notarized and apostilled document, with the exact wording required.
- Secure document sharing. Evidence and documents are exchanged through secure channels.
- Case tracking and regular updates. Your file is monitored through UYAP, and you are informed of every significant development. Keeping clients regularly informed is a working principle of the firm, not a courtesy.
- Hearings and representation. Hearings are attended in person by the attorney, anywhere in Türkiye — whichever city your case is in, your lawyer is physically present in that courtroom.
